Jessica cut some rhubarb from Mom's yard and made us a yummy strawberrie/ rhubarb pie. The recipe is in the cook book. It is great! Julie made us some lettuce roll ups with tofu which were very good too. It was very nice having family here. There was a noticable void without Jacob and Joseph though. Next year I am definately planning another family reunion for just our family and hopefully we will ALL be able to be there. It was also not long enough to do all the visiting with everyone.
Emily and Hyrum enjoyed their visit to the zoo. Emily was most impressed with the Zebra and kept saying "zebra" over and over. Hyrum liked the otters. It was the first time I was able to get to know Emily's personality. She is definately a girly girl. She is learning to talk and it is so cute!

My kids had so much fun. They were happy to be home at first, but now they're having a hard time adjusting to having just me and Mike who are not nearly so interesting and fun as Grandma and Grandpa were dispite our attempts to do activities with them this weekend.
